Baskets are $30, $50, $75 or $100, in Canadian dollars. Shipping is $20 flat within Canada and pick up is free. The price you see on the order form is the price you pay.

The order form is a brief, not a purchase. Nothing is charged when you send it. We read it, email you to confirm we can build the basket, and send e-transfer details then. You pay once you have that confirmation.

We ship within 15 days of confirming your basket, and email you when yours goes out, with a tracking number if it is being shipped. Pick up is arranged with you directly when we confirm.

You can cancel any time before you pay, by replying to our email. There is nothing to refund, because we have not taken anything.

Once you have paid we start hunting for the pieces, and they are picked for one person. You can cancel within 24 hours of paying and we refund you in full. After that we have started, and we cannot refund the basket.

If we cannot build the basket you asked for, we tell you before you pay, and refund you in full if it happens after.

If it arrives damaged or is not what we agreed, email us and we will put it right.

None of this takes away the rights your province's consumer protection law gives you. If your basket is not sent within 30 days of the date we gave you, you can cancel and we refund you in full.

What we keep. When you order: your name, an email or phone number, what you tell us about the recipient, their name and address if we are shipping, and a record of your payment. If you join our mailing list: your email address, your welcome code, a record of how and when you agreed, and the IP address you joined from.

Why. To build the basket, reach you about it, and get it to them. Mailing list addresses are used for the list and nothing else. We never sell your information.

Who handles it. The order form is sent encrypted, and only the people who run the shop read what arrives. Cloudflare hosts this site, stores orders and runs the check that keeps bots off the form. Our email is Gmail, from Google, so orders and messages to us land there. MailerLite sends the mailing list, and can tell us whether a list email was opened and which links were clicked. If you pay by PayPal, PayPal handles it and we never see your card. These companies may store information outside Canada, where the local law applies to it. The carrier gets the name and address on the parcel.

How long. Orders: six years after the year you ordered, which is how long the tax rules ask a business to keep its records. Then we delete them. The mailing list: until you unsubscribe, though we keep a note that you agreed and when, because the anti-spam law asks us to be able to show it.

Your say. To see what we hold about you, correct it, have it removed or raise a concern, email hello@littleyesterdayvintage.com. We answer within 30 days, and remove anything the tax rules do not make us keep. The shop's owner is responsible for your information here.
